* 30 Russian twists

* 10 push-ups
* 30 sec. plank X2
* Running: 3 min light run with and 10-10 yard sprints
Tuesday:
* 75 jumping jacks
* 25 vertical leg crunches
* 50 crunches
* 25 tri-cep dips
* 30 reg squats
* 15 side lunges
* 15 leg lifts
* 50 scissor kicks
* 15 diamond push-ups
* 30 Russian twists
* Running: 2x 2:00 min runs and 10-15 yard sprints
Wednesday:
* 100 jumping jacks
* 2X 20 tri-cep dips
* 10 sit-ups
* 30 bird-dogs
* 2-30 sec. plank
* 30 squat jumps
* 40 crunches
* 10 oblique crunches
* 40 standing calf raises
* Running: 5-20 yard runs and a 4 minute jog
Thursday:
* 2 X 60 jumping jacks
* 25 vertical leg crunches
* 2X20 squats
* 25 wall push-ups
* 50 Russian Twists
* 15 sec. Side plank (right and left) * 30 sec. reg plank
* 2 X 10 lunge split jumps
* 15 jump squats
* 40 high knees
* Running: 20 minute continuous jog
Friday:
Refection Day, take a long walk somewhere nice and quiet that you can adhere to the social distancing guidelines.
All of these exercises can be done anywhere. If you don't know what an exercise looks like, google it or call one of the coaches. Don't use the time away as an excuse, use it to become better! I hope this week you can build upon last week and don’t be afraid to push yourself. Work harder than everyone else and be prepared for that time when we get to come back. PFND!!!

You may lose credit if you do not complete and return your Learning Packets. The packets that were picked up today will be due on April 6, 2020. Tomorrow (Monday, March 23) we will be conducting our instructional packet pickups from 7:30am to 9:00am at the cafeteria. In order to meet the social distancing restrictions put into place, we ask all parents to pull up in front of the cafeteria and stay in your vehicle and we will bring your materials to you. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to call the school. Thank you!

Parents can pickup current Learning Packets on Monday, March 23, 2020 from the cafeteria between the times of 7:30 a. m. until 9:00 a. m.
