Due to working on the gas lines near the elementary school on Monday March 4th, there will be no school for those who come on Monday for enrichment or making up attendance.

Oakwood ISD Administration has been made aware of allegations made against a district employee. That employee was immediately placed on administrative leave while we started an investigation into the alleged misconduct. We are currently working with law enforcement in investigating this matter. In addition, that staff member is no longer employed by the district. The district is limited in the information it can provide beyond this statement due to legal reasons related to student privacy and the nature of the ongoing investigation.
